ASUS Philippines introduced its No. 1 Quality & Service program on June 8, 2026, timed ahead of the school year. The initiative expands warranty coverage, extends the replacement window, and adds free maintenance services across a wide range of ASUS and ROG devices sold and activated locally.

Warranty Coverage by Product Line

Three-year international and local warranty: ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops — the flagship lines — all move to three-year coverage usable at service centers both locally and in more than 90 countries.

Three-year local warranty: ASUS and ROG desktop computers and All-in-One PCs get three-year coverage within the Philippines.

Two-year international and local warranty: Vivobook, Vivobook Go, ASUS Gaming, TUF Gaming laptops, and the ROG Ally handheld now carry two-year international and local coverage.

Additional Benefits

All eligible products include one year of accidental damage protection for certain customer-caused damage not covered under standard terms. Buyers also get up to six complimentary device cleaning and preventive maintenance sessions over the warranty period, capped at two per year.

The replacement window has been doubled from 7 to 14 days post-purchase on eligible devices. Owners of the flagship ProArt, Zenbook, and ROG gaming laptop lines additionally qualify for on-site service support, reducing the need to physically bring a device to a service center for eligible repairs.

ASUS says its Philippine service network covers more than 100 authorized service centers, with international repairs available through partner centers in over 90 countries for internationally covered models.
