Samsung has added a Qualcomm-powered model to its Galaxy Book 6 lineup. The Galaxy Book 6 Edge, priced at $2,099.99, is now on sale in the US — it's the only Galaxy Book 6 variant built around Snapdragon rather than Intel.
Copilot+ Performance
The Snapdragon X2 Elite processor features an 18-core CPU, an Adreno GPU, and an NPU capable of up to 80 TOPS of AI performance. That qualifies the laptop as a Microsoft Copilot+ PC, unlocking AI-driven features in Windows 11 such as Recall and real-time translation.
The 16-inch display is a Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel at 3K resolution (2,880 x 1,800) with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and anti-reflective coating.
Single Configuration
Samsung is offering the Book 6 Edge in one configuration: 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of eUFS storage. For a $2,100 laptop, the 16GB RAM ceiling has attracted some criticism, particularly given that competing machines at this price often offer 32GB options.
Connectivity covers Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, two USB 4.0 Type-C ports, one USB 3.2 Type-A, HDMI 2.1, a microSD slot, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Quad Dolby Atmos speakers are built in.
Battery and Build
The 61.4Wh battery supports 65W fast charging, and Samsung claims up to 22 hours of video playback. The chassis is 13.2mm thin and weighs 1.55kg. It ships in Gray Blue.
The Galaxy Book 6 Edge is available now through Samsung's US online store. Philippine availability has not been announced.
