If you still have money sitting in MannyPay, you have until November 10, 2026 to spend it or move it out. After that date, any balance left in Manny Pacquiao's e-wallet will be converted automatically into a Traxion Pay account, according to an advisory the company posted on its website this week.

What the November 10 advisory says

The advisory was first reported by Technobaboy on October 15, which describes the wallet as stopping operations on November 10 and advises users to spend or withdraw their funds before the deadline. Manila Shaker's report on the same advisory strikes a softer tone: it quotes the company saying MannyPay "is not closing" and frames November 10 as an account change meant to let the service accommodate more partners.

Either way, the practical effect for users is the same. Balances left in the app after November 10 move to Traxion Pay, and the MannyPay app as it exists today stops being where your money lives. MannyPay says it will handle transition-related questions until November 10; after that, account concerns, inquiries, requests, and complaints pass to a different service provider. The company also says the migration will follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

What to do with your balance before November 10

Based on the advisory as reported by both outlets, you have three options:

  1. Spend it. Use the balance for payments or bills inside the app before November 10.
  2. Transfer it out. Withdraw the money or move it to a bank account or another wallet before the deadline.
  3. Let it migrate. Any balance left after November 10 is converted into a Traxion Pay account, which you can access through the Traxion Pay app on the App Store and Google Play.

If you have a pending dispute or a question about your account, raise it early — MannyPay's own support channel only runs until November 10, and after that you will be dealing with a different provider.

One more caution: a migration window like this is attractive territory for phishing. With 84% of Filipino adults facing scam attempts in the past year and fraud losses shifting toward e-wallets, treat any text or email about your MannyPay balance with suspicion, and act only through the official app or the company's website.

Who is Traxion?

Traxion Tech is a Philippine fintech company founded and led by CEO Ann Cuisia. In March 2026, BitPinas reported that MannyPay had tapped Traxion Tech as the "technology backbone" of its wallet, running the app on Traxion's platform for payment processing, compliance, and security. The November migration goes a step further: user balances move onto Traxion's own consumer app, Traxion Pay.

A short, bumpy first year

MannyPay launched in November 2025 under 7th Pillar, the company chaired by Pacquiao. Technobaboy notes the app passed 500,000 downloads on Google Play — five times its initial target of 100,000 users — though no figures on active accounts or transaction volume have been shared.

Its regulatory footing has been reported inconsistently. Technobaboy's report describes the wallet as registered with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) — the country's central bank — as an Operator of Payment System. But in a November 2025 update, BitPinas quoted management clarifying that its application for that license was still pending and that the company did not yet appear on the BSP's official list of registered operators. We found no BSP statement on the November 10 migration as of publication.

The brand may not be gone for good. The company has been teasing "Manny Pay 2.0" on social media; Manila Shaker reports it is expected to launch next month, though no date has been confirmed. Until that materializes, the only confirmed path for your money runs through Traxion Pay — or out of the app before November 10.
