HUAWEI's new smartwatches are now on Philippine shelves, and the discounts are front-loaded: the WATCH GT 7 carries an ₱18,999 suggested retail price but sells for ₱14,999 under launch promos that run until November 11 — and the biggest online discount, worth up to ₱5,500, disappears after October 31.

The WATCH GT 7 series and the blood-pressure-monitoring WATCH D3 went on sale October 10, as reported by Technobaboy, following the reservation run that opened September 25. They are sold through the HUAWEI Store, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and HUAWEI Experience Stores nationwide.

Philippine prices at a glance

Per Technobaboy's launch report, the pricing stacks up like this:

ModelSRPLaunch promo price
WATCH GT 7 (46mm)₱18,999₱14,999
WATCH GT 7 (41mm)₱18,999–₱19,999₱14,999–₱15,999
WATCH GT 7 Pro₱22,999₱18,999
WATCH D3₱30,999₱26,999

Promo prices run until November 11. The online early-bird deal — a ₱2,500 voucher stacked with a ₱3,000 discount for ₱5,500 off in total, per Gadget Pilipinas — ends October 31, and HUAWEI's own Philippine product page is running the matching "₱5,500 OFF" banner.

There are freebies on top. Technobaboy's report lists a first-sale offer of ₱4,000 off plus free HUAWEI FreeBuds SE 2 earbuds (worth ₱1,999), a month of HUAWEI Health+ with Watch Face VIP, and a two-year warranty valued at ₱1,999. The first 100 buyers at select HUAWEI Experience Stores also get a ₱399 mWell Health Pass code.

What the GT 7 actually does

The GT 7's pitch is battery life and outdoor tracking. On HUAWEI's official figures, the 46mm model runs up to 21 days in light use and 12 days in typical use; the smaller 41mm manages 14 and 7. Both use HUAWEI's Sunflower Positioning System with an AI-XDR algorithm (the company's GPS-accuracy tech), support more than 100 workout modes with AI coaching, and carry 5 ATM water resistance plus an IP69 rating. They pair with Android 9.0 or iOS 13.0 and later, so you do not need a HUAWEI phone to use one. The GT 7 Pro adds access to HUAWEI's Diabetes Risk and Coronary Heart Disease research studies.

Blood pressure on the wrist: the WATCH D3

The WATCH D3 is the specialist of the pair. It performs 24-hour blood-pressure monitoring through an ultra-narrow airbag strap, cutting the usual daily cuff inflations from 27 down to 7, and its ECG and PPG heart readings are CE-certified — a European medical-grade certification. At 11.3mm thick, it is also far slimmer than earlier blood-pressure watches. At ₱26,999 on promo, it is aimed less at athletes and more at Filipinos managing hypertension who want round-the-clock readings between clinic visits — though a watch is a monitoring aid, not a substitute for a doctor's diagnosis.

Cheaper than an Apple Watch, with trade-offs

At the ₱14,999 promo price, the GT 7 costs nearly half as much as the Apple Watch Series 12, which launched in the Philippines at ₱28,990, and HUAWEI's battery ratings are measured in days and weeks rather than hours. The trade-off is the ecosystem: no Apple app integration, with HUAWEI Health as your hub. If long-battery fitness tracking or wrist-based blood pressure is what you are after, the dates that matter are October 31 for the ₱5,500 online discount and November 11 for the promo pricing across the board.
